Once everything is finalized, we prepare a full drawing set and technical documents for tendering and construction. This includes final costs and a clear project timeline.

Discovery & Planning
We begin by understanding your style, needs, and how you use your space. This becomes the foundation for your furnishing and decor plan.
Concept & Space Planning
We present mood boards and scaled floor plans to show the overall vision and layout of each space. Once approved, we move into sourcing.
Procurement
We source all furnishings and decor to fit your budget and style. You’ll receive a detailed plan with layout notes and shopping guidance. After reviewing selections together, we finalize fabrics, finishes, and pricing.
Budgeting & Ordering
We prepare a proposal for your review. Once approved, we handle ordering, delivery coordination, and timelines.
Accessories
We curate a collection of art and accessories that complement the design. With your input, we refine the final selection before ordering and preparing for install.
Installation
When everything is ready, our team oversees the full installation—placing furniture, hanging art, styling accessories, and finishing each space with care. You’ll walk into a fully furnished, move-in-ready home.
